As a reminder the payments are as follows:
Pre-3’s: $465.00 per trimester
3’s: $570.00 per trimester
4’s: $750.00 per trimester
5’s: $750.00 per trimester
1st Trimester (Sept – Nov): due by first week of school
2nd Trimester (Dec – Feb): due by Dec 5
3rd Trimester (Mar – May): due by Mar 5
The 3rd trimester will only include Mar/Apr – May payment was included in registration
If you wish to pay monthly rather than the trimester, please let Barb or myself know in writing. We are happy to work with you in any way possible.

We will have our annual orientation meeting on Wednesday,August 29th.
The Pre-3’s will meet at 10:00 am in room 30 with Mrs. Beatty.
The 3’s will meet at 11:00 am in room 30 with Mrs. Roney and Ms. Hollingsworth.
The 4’s will meet in room 50 at 10:00 am with Mrs. Matsko and Mrs. Lechak.
The 5’s will meet in room 30 at 9:15 am with Mrs. Bottcher.
This is an opportunity for parent and child to visit the room and meet
the teachers before the first day of school!

I have attached the Child Enrollment Form and State Health Information Form
form that the state of Ohio requires us to have on file before
school starts. ALL NEW INCOMING STUDENTS MUST BRING
THIS FORM TO SCHOOL THE DAY OF ORIENTATION. I am also
attaching a copy of the Child Medical Statement that we also
need on file. Again all incoming new students must bring this form to school on orientation day.
I will contact any current
families that need an updated form.
We will hold our awesome Lunch Bunches again this year!
Wehope you will all sign up! This is a super time for your children
to gain the experience of eating at school in a timely fashion.
Most important though, this is a fun hour to play, sing a few songs and just be together!
Lunch Bunch will begin the second week of school. We will
have forms for you at orientation. The cost is $135.00 per day
per semester. We do offer at drop-in option. The drop-in cost is $12.00 per day.

We would like to invite you to a discussion about Kindergarten. Rachel Gebler, a Kindergarten Teacher at Gurney Elementary School, will lead the discussion. This will be an opportunity for you to learn more about what is expected in Kindergarten and ask any questions that you might have.
We will hold this event on February 5th at 6:30pm. We will meet in Mrs. Bottcher’s room. Please let us know if you plan to attend so that we can have adequate seating and supplies. We look forward to this wonderful evening with you.

The following is a list of classes that will be offered next September. Your child’s birthday will help determine his/her correct class.
Pre-3 year old class – must turn 3 August thru March & MUST BE POTTY TRAINED.
Monday & Wednesday 9:15-11:30 $155.00 per month
3 year old class – must be 3 years old by Sept. 30th
Tues.,Thurs,Fri 9:15 – 11:45 $190.00 per month
4 year old class – must be 4 years old by Sept. 30th.
Tues,Weds,Thurs,Fri. 9:00-12:00 $250.00 per month
5 year old class – must be 5 years old by December 31st.
Mon,Tues,Weds,Thurs. 9:00-12:00 $250.00 per month
Lunch bunch is an extended day program. We offer Lunch Bunch each day your child is in school. Lunch Bunch ends at 1:30pm. There is an additional fee for this program. We will register for Lunch Bunch over the summer.
Students not presently enrolled will be registered in the order of their place on the waiting list. To confirm your child’s space, please return your forms as soon as possible with your deposit ($50) to school with your current student or by mail to:

I would greatly appreciate it if you would bring them to orientation. All children must have the completed forms on file before school begins as required by the state of Ohio.

It is so hard to believe that the year is almost done. We have had so many great experiences together this year. This has been a truly special group of students. Thank you so much for sharing your children with us.
As a reminder this is the last week of Lunch Bunch. It has been fun to watch the groups come together. In the beginning of the year the children would stay grouped with their classmates or even age groups. Now everyone plays together and some really nice friendships have been made.
We will all meet next Wednesday, May 24 th from 10:00-12:00 at River Road Park for our all school picnic. The park is located at 17535 Chagrin River Road. There is a pavilion and playground that we will use. Your teachers will have a sign-up for snacks and drinks. We will all share the snacks.
Each class will separate for a tiny closing ceremony, the rest of the day will be spent playing together. All are welcome! This is an easy stroller park. The bathroom has been a port-a- potty in the past.
We wish those of you moving on all the best! We love to have our “alumni” come back to read to us! We hope to see you around town. We are looking forward to another great year in 2017-2018 with the rest of you!!!
